Terms and Conditions of Use – ApnaMandal Platform

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ApnaMandal mobile application, website, and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the ApnaMandal platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Platform Ownership

ApnaMandal is a digital community management platform owned, developed, and operated by:

Throughout these Terms, the words “ApnaMandal”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to AM Community Management Private Limited.

2. Eligibility

To use the ApnaMandal platform, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law
• Register using accurate information
• If acting on behalf of a Sanstha, Trust, or organization, be authorized to represent that entity

Administrators and office bearers must ensure that the information submitted on behalf of their organization is accurate and lawful.

3. User Registration and Account Security

Users must register using a valid mobile number and OTP verification.

You agree that:

• The information provided during registration is accurate and complete
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account

Misrepresentation, impersonation, or misuse of administrative privileges is strictly prohibited.

4. Roles and Platform Structure

ApnaMandal provides structured access through different user roles within the platform ecosystem:

• Super Admin – Manages overall platform configuration and governance
• Hub Admin – Oversees communities or clusters within a region or caste grouping
• Sanstha Admin – Manages a specific Sanstha’s members, events, documents, and activities
• Office Bearer – Authorized representatives assisting with Sanstha administration
• Member – Participates in community or Sanstha activities
• Premium Member – May access additional optional platform features

Users agree to use the platform only within the permissions assigned to their role.

5. Acceptable Use of the Platform

Users agree not to:

• Post or distribute unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or misleading content
• Upload forged, misleading, or unauthorized compliance documents
• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Disrupt platform operations or attempt unauthorized system access

Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or termination of access.

6. Donations and Payments to Sansthas

The ApnaMandal platform may allow Sansthas to display donation or contribution options.

Important clarifications:

• Donations are paid directly by users to the respective Sanstha using external payment methods such as UPI or bank transfer.
• ApnaMandal does not collect, hold, or process donations on behalf of Sansthas.
• The platform only facilitates communication of payment information and optional upload of payment proof.

ApnaMandal is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or reconciliation related to Sanstha donations.

7. Platform Revenue and Paid Features

ApnaMandal may offer optional paid features, including but not limited to:

• Premium memberships
• Featured listings or promotional placements
• Sponsored announcements or advertisements
• Optional platform services

Applicable charges will be displayed before payment. Payments for platform services are made directly to AM Community Management Private Limited.

8. Communications and Notifications

By registering on the platform, users consent to receive communications related to platform services through:

• In-app notifications
• SMS messages
• Email communications
• Messaging services such as WhatsApp (where applicable)

Users may adjust non-essential communication preferences within the application settings.

9. User Content and Licensing

Users may upload content such as:

• Profile information
• Photographs
• Event details
• Announcements

Users retain ownership of their content. However, by submitting content on the platform, users grant ApnaMandal a limited, non-exclusive license to display, store, and process such content for the purpose of providing platform services.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Collection, storage, and use of personal information are governed by the ApnaMandal Privacy Policy available at:

By using the platform, you consent to the handling of your information in accordance with that policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

ApnaMandal operates as a digital platform facilitating community management and communication.

We do not act as:

• a financial intermediary
• a trustee or custodian of funds
• a certifying authority for compliance documents

The platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AM Community Management Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

• these Terms are violated
• fraudulent activity is suspected
• required by law or regulatory authorities
• misuse of platform features occurs

Users may also request deletion of their accounts by contacting us.

13. Platform Updates and Feature Changes

ApnaMandal may periodically update, modify, or discontinue platform features to improve services or comply with regulatory requirements.

Material changes will be communicated through the platform or official communication channels.

14. External Services and Third-Party Links

The platform may include links to third-party services such as payment apps, mapping services, messaging platforms, or sponsor websites.

ApnaMandal is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Users are encouraged to attempt resolution through support channels before initiating legal proceedings.
